TAFE NSW provides many support services across our locations and online. Whatever your needs or circumstances, we have the people, resources, counselling and facilities to help you focus on your studies and training.
 
TAFE libraries provide welcoming places where students can meet, read, study and learn. Our students also have access to Studiosity, an online service connecting you with a real-life tutor.
 
Customer Service Centres provide information and advice regarding enrolment, progression and completion of TAFE courses, including:
• Payment of fees and other charges;
• Exemptions and refunds​; and
• Student records, course completion information and assistance with replacement transcripts and testamurs.
 
Students are also able to view their results via the student portal​
 
We can help you choose the right study options, help you find a job, and even give you some great study tips. Our accommodation guide may help if you're moving to the area or just looking for a range of alternatives.
