Members of Newcastle Campus Library in good standing may apply to join the University of Newcastle Library. Please see TAFE Library staff for details.
Closed Reserve
Material which is currently in heavy demand, or class materials provided by teachers, are often placed in Closed Reserve. This is a special collection located on the ground floor behind the Information Desk. Material is usually limited to 2 hour use or overnight use only. Please see staff at the Information Desk to borrow these items.
Inter-Campus Loans and Online Forms
Books and other items not held by this library may be borrowed for you from another TAFE library, provided that it is essential for your course. Two items can be requested at the one time and most items arrive within 7 to 10 working days. Ask at the Information Desk for further information or simply fill in an online ILL request form. You will need your TAFEcard to do this. Other services such as placing holds on items which are currently on loan can also be done via Online Forms. Click here to see forms available.
