Email Request Forms

Ask a Librarian - Reference Request
An email reference service to assist you in finding information for your TAFE work or study purposes.
 
Database Passwords Request
Request a copy of the passwords required to access the Hunter Institute Online Databases and eBooks.
 
Hold Request
Request a hold be placed on items held at your home library that are currently on loan.
 
Inter-Library Loan Request
Request course related items from other TAFE libraries.
Items can only be requested if they are not held at your home library.
 
Library PIN Request
Use your Library PIN (Personal Identification Number) to login to view your user account on the TAFE Library Catalogue website. Click on the "My Account" link to:

   Renew your loans (Renew My Materials)
  
Change your PIN (User PIN Change)
  
View information about current library transactions (Review My Account)

Library Purchase Request
Request items that you would like your home library to consider for purchase.
