TAFE NSW - Hunter Institute can provide creative, customised solutions for your workforce training needs. The relationship that develops between your company and Hunter Institute will contribute to developing new and competitive ways of doing business and will assist you to be first to market with innovative and responsive products and services.

An example of how we are able to partner with industry:
The partnership between Bakers Delight and TAFE NSW - Hunter Institute provides training that builds on the skills and knowledge that have already been achieved in the workplace by employees of this company. A Training Needs Analysis, supported by a Recognition assessment process, helped identify the training needs of this company. This enabled a Fast Track Training program to be developed for this training.
The training is contextualised using documents and protocols that have been developed specifically for Bakers Delight and relevant and practical outcomes for the employees within this company.
This Fast Track Training uses online learning, Personal Digital Assistance (PDA) mobile phone technology, a combination of face to face and workplace based training. This range of delivery modes were developed in consultation with Bakers Delight to suit the needs of this enterprise. |
