Holly Brown
Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
Holly studied Beauty Therapy at Hamilton Campus as part of her apprenticeship with Scent Beauty. Beginning her training at Hamilton TAFE Beauty Therapy section when she was only 16 years of age, Holly initially completed the Certificate II in Nail Technology, then quickly moved on to the Certificate II in Make-up Artistry where she achieved distinctions in both courses. This gave her good grounding to enter the Beauty industry and she easily secured a Beauty Therapy apprenticeship.
Since completing her TAFE studies in Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, Holly has progressed through the Worldskills competitions. Achieving a gold medal at the Hunter regional competition, Holly then took part in the NSW State challenge in Orange, then achieved a Bronze medal and was selected to represent Australia at the International competition to be held in Japan in November 2007. |
