Doesn't everyone just love a butcher? That's because they are great at meat, but also at customer service - two of the many skills we will teach you at TAFE NSW.
Our butchery team has a strong industry focus which sees many students being assessed in the workplace. The teachers are industry qualified and maintain engagement with the industry, forming partnerships with companies such as Woolworths, and hosting the regional Sausage King competition to engage regional apprentices in a competition to see who can produce the best sausages across a range of categories.
