Make your event an outstanding success at the Hunter Valley Hotel Academy!

Located at the gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country, our state of the art Conference Centre is the perfect venue for exhibitions, seminars, conferences, training workshops, corporate meetings, weddings and cocktail events for up to 300 guests.

The Conference Centre features a variety of room configurations that can accommodate up to 150 people, with the function and banquet room available for 300 theatre style seating.

There are three seminar rooms that can be configured into one large seminar area. The rooms are air conditioned and have abundant natural light; audio/visual equipment is integrated into the rooms with electronic whiteboards, data projectors, laptops and wireless microphones. 

The Academy Restaurant can be configured to suit your requirements, and accommodates up to 200 guests cocktail style, or 120 Buffet style. Adjacent to the Restaurant space is a modern bar and espresso coffee lounge.

Accommodation packages for conference stays can be arranged upon request.
