Wyong Campus occupies a 10.4 hectare site which is close to Wyong business district. In 2008 Wyong Trade School commenced operation, a partnership between Wyong TAFE and Wyong High School, offering Traineeships in Aged Care & Health Services and Apprenticeships in Electrotechnology.
WYONG TRADE SCHOOL
Wyong Trade School is a partnership between Wyong TAFE Campus, Wyong High School and various industry partners. The initiative offers Years 11 and 12 students the opportunity to combine school, TAFE and paid employment in their chosen vocation as a school-based apprenticeship which can help students kick-start their career.
The trade school offers students the opportunity to undertake the electrotechnology – electrician course with all school subjects underpinning the practicalities of the trade.
