Hamilton Campus has specialist Tourism and Hospitality training facilities, incorporating all aspects of hospitality management, commercial cookery, baking and butchery and contains a fully functional cafeteria and restaurant to enable realistic on the job training to be delivered.
Specialist areas include cafeteria, licensed restaurant and bar, function room and bar, commercial kitchens, accommodation service facilities, and other industry premises for work placement in accommodation services, computer hardware with Tourism and hospitality industry applications, meat and allied trade workshops, baking workshops and fully functional stores areas.
The campus offers courses through the faculties of Access & General Education, Health & Community Services and Tourism & Hospitality.
