Muswellbrook LibraryMuswellbrook Campus Library is part of the TAFE NSW Hunter Institute network of 15 campus libraries.

 

The Muswellbrook Campus collection includes a wide range of information resources in various formats, including books, magazines, DVDs, videos and e-resources such as online databases.

 

The collection covers several subject areas including Business, Management, Administration, Electrotechnology Engineering Trades, Childcare, Hairdressing and Automotive Studies.

 

 

 

Experienced TAFE library staff are on hand to offer professional assistance with locating information resources and provide training in information searching skills.

Computers

There are 4 computers available for student use, all with Internet access.

Students are issued with a username and password shortly after enrolment which enables access to the Internet and email on TAFE computers.

Facilities

Staff have access to the Library Conference Room, which may be booked for meetings, classes and videoconferences.

Audio-visual equipment such as video and DVD players, overhead projector and a Smartboard are available.

Printing

A multifunctional printer/photocopier is available for use in the library. The following charges apply:
10c per A4 B&W 20c per A3 B&W
30c per A4 colour 60c per A3 colour

 

Students require their TAFEcard to pay for printing and photocopying.

 

Both coins and notes can be used to charge your TAFEcard in the library.

 

The Hunter Institute is a cash free workplace, and library staff are unable to provide change.
