Glendale Library 

Glendale Campus Library is part of the TAFE NSW Hunter Institute network of 15 campus libraries.

 

The Glendale Campus collection includes a wide range of information resources in various formats, including books, magazines, DVDs and videos and audio-visual materials.

 

The collection covers several subject areas, including Business, Finance, Management and Administration, General Education, and Automotive and Electrical Engineering.

  

 

Experienced TAFE library staff are on hand to offer professional assistance with locating information resources and provide training in information searching skills.

Computers

There are 18 computers available during opening hours for student use, all with access to the Internet.

You will be issued with a username and password shortly after enrolment. Keep a record of this, as you will need it to access the Internet or your email on a TAFE campus.

Please bring along your own USB device to save your work.

Available software for student use includes Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and MYOB.

Facilities

Students and staff at Glendale have access to a range of facilities including group study rooms and seminar rooms providing access to satellite broadcasts.

DVD players, overhead projectors and whiteboards are also available. It is advisable to book for all of these facilities.
