Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Statement of Attainment (TVET)

student on design table CAD training courses are for school students with an interest in technical drawing and design with a view to working in an engineering drafting office. Students on this CAD course will develop a number of skills associated with the creation, modification and interpretation of technical drawings and computer aided drafting.

Tutorials include constructing basic shapes and producing drawings to the relevant standards, using CAD software including AutoCAD for 3D design, learning about various types and techniques of computer modelling, creating shapes and models on CAD equipment and producing multi-view assembly CAD drawings to the appropriate standard.
