If you are an apprentice working within an engineering trade and have completed Certificate III, this CNC course will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to boost your career to the next stage. CNC training courses give you the competencies needed to work at a higher level in the manufacturing, engineering or related industries. CNC programming courses cover a broad scope of subject matter including computer technical control, computer numerical control, cnc machining and design. You can centre industry-specific skills relevant to you, alongside modules such as workplace communication, OH&S, quality procedures systems and planning, engineering measurement, computations and computer technology. Completion of this qualification can lead to further related courses. Career opportunities include working as a Higher Engineering tradesperson or advanced engineering tradesperson at level C7 under the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award.
