Automotive Vehicle Body (Specialising in Vehicle Painting)

automotive vehicle body specialising vehicle painting This vehicle painting course is for car spray painting apprentices or people who have entered in to a relevant automotive spray painting training agreement.

 You will learn how to safely prepare a range of vehicle spray painting materials, equipment and motor vehicles for the application of a range of paint finishes to an auto body including clear over base, multi layer/pearl, air dry enamel/polyurethane. You will also learn how to colour match.

Successful completion of this spray painting course will enable employment as a vehicle painter in the automotive industry.

You will also achieve units of competency from the Automotive Industry Retail, Service and Repair training package (AUR05) which will be recognised in other Certificate III and Certificate IV vehicle painting courses you may apply for.
