Introduction to Cheese Making - Customised Course

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to produce a range of soft cheeses. Participants will learn about
simple production of cheese and related products, cultures in cheese making, as well as product selection and purchasing. The course 
teaches hands on production of soft cheese including haloumi, 
sour cream, mascarpone and quark.
