Sausage Making Customised Course

Participants will learn about the different fillings (including meat, herbs, vegetables and pork) and casings used when making sausages, and will practise a range of techniques to make a variety of sausage recipes and styles. This sausage maker course is suited to people with or without butchery experience, with a keen interest in all things culinary.
