
This sausage making course is designed to provide participants with the cookery skills and knowledge required to prepare and produce quality homemade sausages. Participants will learn about the different fillings (including meat, herbs, vegetables and pork) and casings used when making sausages, and will practise a range of techniques to make a variety of sausage recipes and styles. This sausage maker course is suited to people with or without butchery experience, with a keen interest in all things culinary.
