Advanced Chocolate Making Customised Course

This fun and interesting how to make chocolate course builds on your existing cooking skills with further knowledge on successfully following a chocolate recipe, whether dark, milk or white.

You will also learn how to temper chocolate, work with a mould and make delicious coatings, centres and fillings.
