Hunter TAFE's real estate professional development course is designed for practising real estate agents. Registration in this real estate development education and training provides the specific statutory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements of the NSW Office of Fair Trading for the renewal of real estate operatives licences. Real estate courses offer several electives: Property Investment Strategies, Legislation and Compliance, Advertising and Fair Trading Legislation and Australian Consumer Laws 2010-2011. Modules in our property development courses cover a broad range of education topics applicable to the estate agent role. These include house sales, customer service, and portfolio and team management.
