This water main drilling course is designed for plumbers seeking the necessary water maindrilling accreditation to be able to drill local authority and Hunter Water Board watermains. Enrol in this water mane tafe course to develop your understanding of council water supply and water service allocation and learn their organisational processes. At the end of training, you will have acquired the practical water main drilling skills to effectively service ductile iron cement lined (DICL) and PVC watermains using patent drilling kits. You will also have worked with various industry machine types and be able to clean, replace or install a filter. This course runs for 8 hours in length. Completion of this training may expand your industry opportunities.
