Hunter TAFEThis course is for people who want to develop the knowledge and skills to work in sales in a business context, rather than a retail sales context. You will complete four core units covering product knowledge; client relationships and business networks; identifying and planning sales prospects; and managing sales solutions. In addition the course offers a choice of electives to enable you to develop skills across a range of areas including customer service, relationship management, marketing, financial administration, workplace communication, business technology and software, writing and business communication. You will need to check with your local college to determine which electives they offer.
