Sports Turf Management Certificate III

campus turfThis greenkeeping course is for those in apprenticeships and employed as apprentice greenkeepers or who want to learn about and work in the turf sector of the horticulture industry. Enrol in the course for training in a range of greenkeeper duties from occupational health and safety, turf establishment and maintenance, irrigation systems, operation of specialised machinery and equipment, plant nutrition, pest management, and environmentally sustainable work practices. Further study after this course includes Sports Turf Management Certificate IV. Greenkeeping jobs that may be available to you after this course include groundsperson or greenkeeper at a range of venues including a golf course or sports ground.
