Conservation and Land Management (General Land Management) Certificate III

As a student in this conservation training course your studies will include, land parks and wildlife, Indigenous land management, restoration of the natural area, weed management, conservation earthworks, animal conservation and vertebrate pest management. Training involves developing practical skills to undertake site assessments to collect base-line data on landscape, soils, hydrology, plant & weed identification, plant community composition, fauna assessment, ecological interaction, resulting from previous use, neglect and/ or damage resulting from overuse, water runoff, erosion and/or weed invasion. All of the training is developed in an integrated OHS and environmentally sustainable best practice framework.
