Canteen Operations Statement of Attainment

Hunter TAFEThis course is designed for people who wish to operate, or assist in the
operation of a canteen. This course will help address the policy of healthy
foods in canteens particularly in school canteens. It will enable dietary
guidelines for children. It also helps to meet the national requirements
for Food Safety training for people working in Hospitality and Food
related areas.
