computer lab Hunter TAFE offers a range of IT support courses. This computer training focuses on IT support services, providing basic skills in computer hardware, software and system support within a business. Enrol in this IT training to provide first level computer support to workers using information and communications technology (ICT) from Windows to multimedia presentations. You'll be learning about computer hardware, systems and application software and the associated diagnostics to become the 'go to' support in a small unit or branch within an organisation. Basic system administration and customer support will also be covered in these classes. After completing one of Hunter TAFE's information technology courses, you may be eligible for advanced standing in several Information Technology Certificate IV and Diploma courses. This course provides a natural progression into the Information Technology (Support) Certificate IV and offers career opportunities in computer or user support roles.
