This course will teach you how to plan, organise and deliver training; plan and implement assessment activities; and design learning and training programs to meet business and workplace management needs.
You will learn to consider students individual goals to build into the assessment process. You will be developing, delivering and assessing training and assessment, specific to your industry and/or workplace.
Career opportunities related to this qualification include a trainer and/or assessor offering training & assessment courses and services. This Certificate IV qualification satisfies the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
An upgrade option is available for those holding TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which was replaced in July 2010 by the current qualification. This can be completed through a Recognition of Prior Learning process or in a 1-day workshop. Call us on 131 225 to find out more.

From July 2014, the unit TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills will become a core unit of this course. Current TAE40110 holders can upgrade through the 1 day course Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy.
