Students can undertake course part-time.

Students may be required to attend one evening per week. Students can undertake course part-time. Classes run between 8am and 10pm. Students can choose their timetable at enrolment.

Prerequisite: SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol

Training and assessment conducted on campus and off-site in industry locations (may be outside timetabled hours including evening).

Prerequisites: 1. SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol. 2. Completed the Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent. 3. Current and recent hospitality industry experience (approx 3 years) at the level of department/senior manager or chef. 4. Candidates must demonstrate ability to meet assessment strategy deadlines along with balancing work/life commitments.

Flexible options can include on-line, workbook, specialised workshops, assessment in your workplace, skill-gap assignment and classroom attendance as required. Candidates may gain recognition for current skills by submitting sufficient evidence such as resume, supervisor reports, work samples/portfolio and attending a peer interview panel. Training and assessment strategies for each candidate will vary individually, therefore days and times of attendance are a guide only.
