1. SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol.
2. Completed Certificate III or IV in Hospitality or equivalent.
3. Current or recent hospitality industry experience at the level of team leader, chef, supervisor or manager.
Delivery InformationFlexible options can include on-line, workbook, specialised workshops, assessment in your workplace, skill-gap assignment and classroom attendance as required.
Candidates may gain recognition for current skills by submitting sufficient evidence such as resume, supervisor reports, work samples/portfolio and attending a peer interview panel.
Training and assessment strategies for each candidate will vary, therefore days and time for attendance are a guideline only. Further delivery information is available on this course
