Course Details
This course is for people who want to develop the knowledge and skills to effectively operate in a wide range of records management across industry sectors. You can select electives from the areas of customer service, general administration, project management, sustainability, risk management, innovation, management, information management and workplace effectiveness.
 
You will be able to evaluate and select records management systems from a variety of technological solutions and make sound and reliable management decisions.
 
When you finish this course you will be eligible for membership of the Records Management Association of Australia and the Association for Information and Image Management.
 
Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (known as the RIM Professionals Australasia) offers a wide range of activities supporting the profession of records and information management.
