This human resources management course offers human resource training and qualifications for those wishing to work as a professional human resource manager, specialist, supervisor, line manager, or team leader. Students will receive human resources training in the areas of labour markets and diversity; human resource consultancy; performance management; human resource information systems; IR policies, processes and dispute management; as well as managing recruitment and selection, employee separation, work-life skills, rehabilitation, remuneration and mediation. This management program is not an entry-level course.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Pathways into the qualification Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include: - BSB41007 Certificate IV in Human Resources or other relevant qualification/s OR - with vocational experience in human resource management, but without formal qualifications. Examples of indicative job roles for candidates seeking entry based upon their vocational experience include: - Human Resources Assistant - Human Resources Officer - Payroll Officer. This breadth of expertise would equate to the competencies required to undertake this qualification.
