Business Certificate II

classroom Hunter TAFE offers a number of business courses for people wanting to work in a wide range of organisations and industries. This business course is for students of all ages, from school leavers to mature-aged learners who want to launch their business career with a job as a clerk or administrator or small business trainee. In this business class you will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to work in different business sectors.

You will learn about a range of business equipment, procedures and technology and also how to deal with customers and handle mail. Successful completion of this business training course will provide career opportunities including administration assistant, clerical worker, data entry operator, information desk clerk, office junior and receptionist. Further business studies and experience may allow for a career in business management.
