Hunter TAFE's real estate agent training is for people who would like to work as a salesperson in real estate. Enrol in this real estate agent course and acquire the foundation skills and knowledge to satisfy statutory requirements for a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (Real Estate Salesperson) under the NSW Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002. This course provides you with basic training programs in all aspects of a real estate business: including sales; legal and statutory requirements; license to sell; consumer and agency risk management; processes of house ownership; as well as effective communication skills in property management such as buying, selling, leasing, marketing, assignment or disposal of land; broker commissions and collecting rents. Graduates can gain entry level employment as a real estate trainee, registered urban real estate operative, salesperson or property manager.
