2) Red Hat Academy Course or hold RHSA Certification or equivalent knowledge
3) Windows Server 2008 knowledge and experience.
The course is broken into four study streams.
1) Cisco CCNA
2) Red Hat Linux
3) MS Windows - Server 2008
4) Business Skills

This course may be replaced by the equivalent ICA11 course at enrolment time. Delivery InformationThis course contains a significant component of self-directed study in addition to class work. Students are expected to complete at least 10 hours in addition to class attendance.
